  2. Molecular characterization of MRSA strains in Arvind Research foundation, Madurai.
  3. Regularly sending Staphylococcal isolates to Maulana Azad medical college, NewDelhi for Phage typing
  4. Regularly sending Salmonella isolates to Central Research institute,  Kasauli, Himachal Pradesh for Phage typing
  5. Regularly sending Shigella isolates to King George Medical college, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh  for Phage typing
  6. Regularly participating EQAS Programme by IAMM (Since 2013)
  7. Collaborating with National leptospirosis research laboratory, RMRC, Port Blair, Andaman and Nicobar islands for cross adsorption agglutination test (CAAT) analysis to confirm Leptospira
  8. Collaborating with department of Microbiology,  Govt KAPV Medical college, Tiruchirapalli for  molecular work on tuberculosis.
